HISTORY
The director served 13 years with HMRC as a Compliance Officer, Auditor and Tax Inspector. He then spent 4 years at KPMG in Tax Investigations (London), Inpat/Expat Tax, CIS & PAYE compliance (Manchester).
With a consultancy spell at BAE Systems (Farnborough – Group Tax) where he had full security clearance to visit all BAE sites in order to ensure CIS compliance by the business units. The director also spent a number of years, ad hoc, working intermittently in Qatar, USA, UAE, Tanzania & Oman as a self-employed consultant for a London company. This allowed for valuable experience, knowledge base and business acumen to be built up.
This valued corporate experience has been brought into practice and passed on to our clients.
The director is a member of the ATT and AAT.
The company has been established in 2006 and has gone from 1 person to a team of 8, with 2 chartered & 1 management accountants, and 3 AAT-qualified accountants as part of the team. The current employees have been with us between 3 to 8 years.
Our client base covers the whole of Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Leicester, London, Scotland and Wales. We also have a number of clients residing in the UAE and Qatar.
Our clients vary from hard-working sole traders to medical professionals and companies that trade on international platforms daily.
We are proud that we provide the same quality & standards of service to all clients regardless of their size. We like to be upfront and honest with our clients, with no hidden agendas or fees.

OUR USP
There is a discipline to our work and we don’t work like other accountancy practices.
We contact clients at the year-end and badger them until we get the records to complete accounts and tax returns, months before they are overdue. This gives our clients an advantage in that they have several months to prepare for paying HMRC what is due. Jobs always get completed within a time frame.
